We're now utilizing AI to assist and support our front desk receptionists. If you call our office during busy periods or outside of business hours, you may be greeted by one of our AI receptionists, Scarlet or Harper. (Yes, we named them after Dr. Wu's twin daughters!)

Scarlet and Harper have been programmed to ask you questions to ensure you receive the help you need precisely when you need it, without being constrained by busy staff or office hours.  We believe this will further improve your experience with us.

We're excited to share some information about a new technological tool, Pearl AI Second Opinion, which allows us to diagnose issues earlier and take a more conservative approach to treatment. This tool is also a fantastic patient education resource. It helps us detect early cavities, identify calculus or mineralized plaque, and even measure the extent of any bone loss. This allows our patients greater understanding and collaboration in addressing their dental needs.

Ultimately, this technology enables us to diagnose conditions more easily and quickly, providing a better overall experience for our patients.

This advanced cloud-based practice management software helps us track and readily access patient information - regardless of which office the patient is seen in and even in emergency situations that occur outside of office hours.

This new system streamlines our scheduling, records, notes, x-rays, pending appointments, and additional data helping us provide optimal care.

CEREC stands for Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics. The CEREC process begins with 3-D digital images of your teeth and gums. We use specialized software to create a virtual model of your teeth, and custom design your new crown while you watch. We then send the information to our milling machine. The machine takes just minutes to mill a color-matched, high-quality crown from a block of dental porcelain.

Cone Beam technology provides a digital tomographic 3D view of the patient’s area of interest. A traditional x-ray is only two-dimensional. With Cone Beam systems the doctor is able to get a full 360 degree view of the tooth and all surrounding areas. The 3D Cone Beam scanner provides nearly limitless views of the teeth while using less radiation than traditional medical CT technology. This new technology is fast, simple and painless, providing many wonderful benefits that were unavailable only a few years ago.

This new technology uses a laser to scan the patients mouth, creating a digital impression without the discomfort of traditional impression trays. Because the 3M™ True Definition Digital Scanner is the smallest of the currently available scanners of this type, it allows for a more comfortable, efficient and relaxing experience for the patient, it also allows for precise representations of the patients teeth and gum tissue. Using the scanner also allows us to be more efficient, saving you time.
