Connie has recently joined our Emerson Dental patient relations team. She brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding regarding dental insurance which truly helps our patients navigate their treatment planning. Patients appreciate her ability to explain the complexities of insurance coverage as well as treatment planning for them. We have quickly come to love her and her competent style as she anchors our patient relations team with skill and personality! Did we say personality?! Connie lights up our office and keeps us all laughing with her stories of her family, her cats, but most especially the hysterical antics her beloved but no holds barred Italian dad, Vinny.
